Frogs hat trick ahead

The Bullfrogs jumped out to a three-goal advantage over the Thrashers

through two periods, then went on to score a 5-3 Howe Division

victory at Coast 2 Coast Inline Hockey Center in Huntington Beach.

Luis Concepcion scored the first two goals as the Bullfrogs took a

2-0 lead after one period.

He scored the second of three, second period goals by the

Bullfrogs, the other two being scored by David Schenker and Garrett

Ott.

Schenker also had two assists and Concepcion and Harry Ellis each

had one assist.

Tyler O’Donnell recorded 14 saves.

The Thrashers received two goals from Tyler Scott and one from

Madison Clark.

Rinald Hancock and Gregory Hancock each had an assist.

In other Howe Division action:

Blackhawks 4, Trouble 2

The Blackhawks outscored Trouble, 2-0, in the final period, to

pull out the win.

Goals by Nick Hansen and Nicole Chittum broke the tie and secured

the victory.

Connor Culhane and Nicholas DeCrescentis also scored, and Culhane,

Chittum, Kelly Culhane and Jason Wong each had an assist.

David Stone had 16 saves.

Ryan Ward and Kyle Finney scored for Trouble, each off an assist

from Trevor Brenden.

Andrew Skowron finished with 18 saves.

Hawks 6, Sharp Shooters 4

The two goal victory kept the undefeated Hawks (4-0) atop the

division standings.

For the Sharp Shooters, Dylan Furr scored twice and Aaron Lerman

and Cheyne Taylor each scored once.

Jeremy McHenry had a pair of assists, Bryce King had one assist

and Brandon Jones had 15 saves.
