Player registration for girls’ tennis

Junior division girl tennis players are invited to sign up for the

12-and-under Intermediate and 14-and-under Advanced coed divisions of

USA Junior Team Tennis.

To register, all interested players should contact the Laguna

Beach Recreation Department, Julie Heusenstamm at (949)-497-4850, or

by e-mailing allcourttennis@hotmail.com with any questions.

In other tennis news, the next Laguna Beach Junior Challenger

series event is March 20.

Junior Challengers are 2 1/2 hours of round robin play designed

to give juniors match play experience.

Players can register with the Laguna Beach Recreation Department,

Final Laguna Beach Soccer Club tryout

Laguna Beach Soccer Club will be hold its fourth and final tryout

session for its upcoming season on Saturday at Moulton Meadows in

Laguna Beach.

The club is open to committed, quality soccer players, and is club

is open to players in divisions under-9 through under-15, for both

boys and girls.

Players interested in the upcoming tryout dates can call club

Last year, Laguna Beach Soccer Club, in its first season, won its

first title when its boys’ under-10 team win a Bronze South Division

championship.
