a car was driving fast at 8:11 p.m.

* South Coast Highway: A man in a green Mazda SUV reportedly stole

a bottle of wine at 11:27 a.m. in the 700 block.

* South Coast Highway: Someone told police that smoke came out of

the VCR and the lights weren’t working at 10:57 p.m. in the 2000

block.

* Summit Drive: Police received a report that electrical wires

were down at 7:28 p.m. in the 700 block.

running off leash defecated and the owner did not pick it up at 5:22

that a large chunk of metal fell off a truck and was blocking traffic

the head at 11:18 p.m. in the 500 block.

* Main Beach: A man reported to police that he was pick-pocketed

and his ID and Social Security card were stolen at 12:42 a.m. in the

100 block.

following and harassing him at 2:25 a.m. in the 1900 block.

block.

Security Number to open several cellular accounts at 2:18 p.m. in the

1600 block.

* Holly Street and Monterey Street: Police received a report that

water was shooting out of a water main at 5:37 p.m.

* Quivera Street: Police received a report that a green vehicle

was going the wrong way down a one-way street at 2:18 p.m. in the 900

block.

was standing on the front porch at 10:45 p.m. in the 700 block.
