WOMEN’S PRE-PASSOVER COMMUNITY SEDER

A Women’s Pre-Passover Community Seder will be held on Thursday,

April 14 at 7 p.m. at Temple Bat Yahm, 1011 Camelback St., Newport

Beach. The program, sponsored by the Women of Temple Bat Yahm

(Sisterhood) is planned to present a modern woman’s perspective on

the ancient holiday of Passover. All attendees will receive a special

women’s Haggadah with songs and melodies by Debbie Friedman, a

well-known contemporary Jewish composer and musician. Information:

MOSCOW MALE JEWISH CHOIR

The magnificent Moscow Male Jewish Choir will make an Orange

County appearance, one of only 12 appearances in the United States,

PASSOVER CELEBRATION

Temple Isaiah will sponsor their Annual Community Seder April 23

with a seven-course traditional dinner with symbolic foods

representing the customs of ancient times, special songs and prayers.

Cost for the dinner is $38 for members and $42 for nonmembers.
