Dirck Conrad Prelitz

Dirck Conrad Prelitz died April 13 at the age of 41.

Prelitz was an avid surfer and hiker, who was also known for his

generosity to the homeless.

He is survived by his wife of eight years, Kellie; mother, Ann;

brother, Christopher; sisters, Christina, Charlotte, Pamela, Anna and

Keri; and many cousins, nephews and nieces.

A “Celebration of Life” will be held at 6:30 p.m. Saturday at The

Neighborhood Church, 340 St. Ann’s Dr.

The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be sent to

either the International League Against Epilepsy at 342 North Main

Carroll, who provides food and shelter to the homeless, 3350 E. St.
