Water test training

The Laguna Beach Surfrider chapter is once again sponsoring a

community summer water testing program.

Training will be held at 6:30 p.m. Monday, June 27 at 31973 S.

Coast Highway (the house on the south side of Thousand Steps).

Testing will begin at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 5 and every Monday at

6:30 p.m. after that through Aug. 29. Participants don’t need to

commit to test every week in order to participate.

Test results will be posted in store windows in Laguna, on

Surfrider’s website, and e-mailed to each participant weekly. High

school students, including incoming freshmen, can earn community

service hours for participating.
