moving. A Geotechnical engineer investigated and saw no threat at

Skyline Drive: A truck reportedly struck a cable pole leaving a

cable hanging at 11:20 a.m. in the 900 block.

Broadway: A man reportedly tried to light a trash can on fire at

4:15 p.m. in the 200 block.

West Beach Street : Some people were reportedly walking around

nude on the beach at 4:21 p.m. in the 31400 block.

Bern Drive: A man was reportedly seen in someone’s backyard and on

top of the roof in the 3000 block.

MONDAY

Coast Highway: A dog was reportedly seen off its leash chasing

rabbits at 7:48 a.m. in the 30800 block.

Crescent Bay Drive: Kids reportedly broke glass and damaged

property while skateboarding at 9:46 a.m. in the 100 block.

Main Beach: A man’s clip wallet that contained miscellaneous

credit cards was reportedly stolen at 3:07 p.m. in the 100 block.

Woods Cove: A man reportedly lost his surfboard strapped onto his

car when it fell off at 4:15 p.m. in the 2000 block.

Glenneyre Street: Someone told police that there was a large hole

in the window of an art gallery, where a statue was broken, and other

possessions were stolen at 7:04 a.m. in the 300 block.

Coast View Drive: A leaf blower was reportedly left out at 7:25

p.m. in the 1000 block.

Wesley Drive: A small fire was reportedly started when a

transformer exploded. A resident put it out at 8:53 a.m. in the 21700

block.

Diamond Street and Gainsborough Drive: Someone reportedly saw

workmen put out a small brush fire they accidentally started at 4:23

p.m.

Cajon Street: A man was reportedly seen looking in the windows of

someone’s residence at 4:28 p.m. in the 200 block.

Cypress Drive: A woman told police that her ex-roommate stole her

possessions and put them in the back of a car at 5:13 p.m. in the 400

block.

Temple Hills Drive: A woman told police that someone had

vandalized her fence by writing vulgarities in mud at 6:56 p.m. in

the 1600 block.

Glenneyre Street: A man reportedly relieved himself in an alley at

7:59 p.m. in the 1000 block.

Legion Street: A man reportedly stole someone’s wallet that was

left unattended at 10:12 p.m. in the 300 block.

Gaviota Drive and Anita Street: A man was reportedly staring at

someone and would not move at 10:49 p.m.

San Tropez Court: A man was reportedly looking in the windows of a

building at 1:22 a.m. in the 100 block.

South Coast Highway: A man was reportedly seen pulling out phone

wires from a business at 11:27 a.m. in the 1100 block.

South Coast Highway: Someone reported a fire in an office

building; everyone was evacuated to the rear of the building at 2:14

p.m. in the 1300 block.

Mermaid Street: A woman’s car was damaged when someone reportedly

threw a manhole cover through her back window at 8:42 p.m. in the 300

block.
