Pleasing on the palette

Children’s art contest winners will go on display at City Hall.Nearly 300 kids ages 5 to 17 entered their designs in the second Children’s Holiday Palette Exhibition sponsored by the City of Laguna Beach Arts Commission and Cultural Arts Department.

Twenty of the 300 entries will be exhibited throughout December in City Hall. All of the entries may be viewed at a special exhibition organized by Laguna Outreach Community Arts at the Laguna Beach Public Library from Dec. 5 through Jan. 15.

The Laguna Beach Public Library will host a reception for the artists at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 20.
