Edison High School senior Victor Bravo was one of 150 students in the country to receive a Principal’s Leadership Award. Each winner will receive a $1,000 college scholarship.

The award is co-sponsored by the National Assn. of Secondary School Principals and Herff Jones Inc.

Bravo was nominated by principal D’liese Melendez, who said she chose him because of his keen intellect, stellar academic performance, finely honed analytical skills and ability to think quickly on his feet.
