Laguna Folkdancers 36th Annual Festival features teachers Cristian Florescu and Steve Kotansky. Friday offers a welcome party and beginners’ workshop from 7:30 p.m. to midnight. Saturday will feature a morning and afternoon workshop, and a Valentine Dance Party and after party. On Sunday the festival is open from noon until 5 p.m. and features beginners’ classes, a dance concert and dance party. The festival will be in the Ensign Intermediate School gym, at 2000 Cliff Dr., Newport Beach. Orange Coast College will hold its third annual tribute luncheon to honor the famous Tuskegee Airmen of World War II.
