Laguna Folkdancers 36th Annual Festival features teachers Cristian Florescu and Steve Kotansky. Friday offers a welcome party and beginners’ workshop from 7:30 p.m. to midnight. Saturday will feature a morning and afternoon workshop, and a Valentine Dance Party and after party. On Sunday the festival is open from noon until 5 p.m. and features beginners’ classes, a dance concert and dance party. The festival will be in the Ensign Intermediate School gym, at 2000 Cliff Dr., Newport Beach.
