3rd Street and Mermaid Street: Skateboarders were reported at the top of the hill preparing to ride down at 1:29 p.m.

Forest Avenue: A leather jacket valued at $265 was reported stolen at 1:51 p.m. in the 200 block.

South Coast Highway: A credit card was allegedly used fraudulently to make $430 worth of purchases at 11:30 a.m.

Cypress Drive: A 1995 Mercury Topaz believed incapable of going over 20 mph was reported stolen at 10:32 a.m. in the 200 block.

MONDAY

Ocean Way: Transients were reported on a property where water turned on in the yard allegedly flooded part of a house at 7:50p.m. in the 200 block.

Chateau Way: A laptop computer was reported stolen out of a car at 5:11 p.m. in the 2800 block.

SUNDAY

South Coast Highway: It was reported that a woman trapped in an elevator suffered a panic attack at 9:45 p.m. in the 1600 block.

Cliff Drive: A 53-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of marijuana possession at 10:06 a.m. in the 300 block.

SATURDAY

Club Drive: Indecent exposure was reported over 15 juveniles allegedly drinking and urinating at 10:57 p.m. in the 300 block.

Broadway: Fireworks and stink bombs were reportedly ignited inside a property at 1:24 p.m. in the 200 block.

FRIDAY

Sailing Way: Someone in Canada allegedly withdrew $1,000 from an account fraudulently at 4:37 p.m. in the 1100 block.

Fairview Road: Five skimboards valued at $300 apiece were reported stolen from a home at 3:14 p.m. in the 31600 block.
