Toga for LOCA is an opportunity to go Greek

Greek musicians, belly dancers, dance lessons and the opportunity to wear a toga are highlights of Toga for LOCA, a benefit event planned for 6 to 10 p.m. Thursday, April 6, at the Aegean Cafe, 540 S. Coast Highway.

Mediterranean cuisine; silent auction items featuring art, travel, dining and entertainment; and living Greek art presented by the Pageant of the Masters will be featured.

A special drawing will be held for a one-night stay in an ocean-view room at the Montage and dinner for two at the Loft Restaurant.

Greek-inspired cocktail attire, and especially togas, are encouraged. The cost is $85 per person. For ticket information, call (949) 363-4700. All proceeds go to Laguna Outreach for Community Arts, which provides arts education for children and adults.
