Coast Highway: A dog was reported in a vehicle with the windows rolled up at 2:40 p.m. in the 30800 block.

Coast Highway: Lifeguards responded to a small craft in distress about three-quarters of a mile offshore at 3:18 p.m. in the 31100 block.
