LUNCH MENU

The Newport-Mesa Unified School District offers menu choices each day at elementary schools. Students may choose a vegetarian entrée. The selection varies and may be either a salad, sandwich or hot entrée. Here’s what’s being served this week:

TODAY: Munchable lunch salad with fruit yogurt or bean and cheese burrito, seasoned corn, fresh strawberries, pretzel Goldfish, choice of milk.

WEDNESDAY: Turkey and cheese sub or chicken nuggets, Paulie Peas, sliced peaches, chocolate animal crackers, choice of milk.

THURSDAY: Munchable lunch salad or teriyaki beef dippers, rice, crisp green salad with ranch, fresh fruit, graham crackers, choice of milk.

FRIDAY: Munchable lunch salad or two soft tacos (ground turkey), lettuce, salsa and cheese, diced mixed fruit, Frito Lay Munchies kid mix, choice of milk.

MONDAY: Munchable lunch salad or chicken tenders, baby carrots with ranch dip, diced pears, graham crackers, choice of milk.
