Chris Barnett, Andy Walburger and Troy Wooton have been promoted to positions as vice presidents and shareholders at the Newport Beach office of commercial real estate brokerage Lee & Associates.

With more than 20 years of experience in real estate, Chris Barnett joined Lee & Associates six years ago to work on investment properties and the sale and leasing of office and industrial buildings.

Andy Walburger works in investment and industrial properties and has been at the Newport Beach office since October 2002. During the last three and a half years, he has represented clients including Innovate Partners, Pyramid Laboratories and Westinghouse Digital.

Troy Wooton has worked at Lee & Associates for more than three years in industrial brokerage. He represented Jensen Printing in its recent purchase of 25,000 square feet of space in Irvine.
