PETS OF THE WEEK
A woman determined to get her kittens into our network’s rescue program entered our adoption area at Fashion Island last Saturday and was seen ordering her children to hurry up and leave their kittens in one of our adoption cages.
Volunteers followed the family as they ran through the mall but lost sight of them in the crowd.
The four abandoned six-week-old kittens were named after fashion designers: Betsy, Bebe, Gucci and Vera. We need to assign a caregiver for two or three weeks until they are of legal adoption age and weight. Call (949) 533-0411 to provide love and have “free fun” with rescue animals this summer.
See animals on our website www.animalnetwork.org or at Fashion Island every weekend from noon to 4 p.m.
