Heisler Park is located in the north end of Laguna where Coast Highway meets Cliff Drive.

The park contains walking trails, art displays, marine and tide pool reserves, and picnic and barbecue areas.

Picnic tables and barbecue pits are on a first-come, first-served basis.

The police department warns revelers that fireworks are illegal in the city. Portable cookers, tents and canopies are not allowed in the parks or beaches.
