Bank moves headquarters to Newport Beach

Fullerton-based Commerce National Bank, a community business bank, plans to open a new branch office in Newport Beach, which will double as its new headquarters. The new branch office will be at 4040 MacArthur Blvd., near John Wayne Airport. The office is set to open late this year.

The bank, serving mainly small- and medium-sized businesses in Orange County, will close its Irvine office and move staff and accounts to the Newport Beach location, according to a news release. The current headquarters in Fullerton will continue to remain open for its North County customers.

Chase Home Finance welcomes new staff member

Diane E. Uehlinger of Chase Home Finance Estate Properties Group has welcomed Matthew T. Greco as a new assistant to her staff. Greco received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Chapman University. The group is based at Chase Home Finance, 4400 MacArthur Blvd., Newport Beach.
