    This is an opportunity to take part in a guided 3-mile walk or run. Men, women, children, walkers and runners are all welcome. Warm-up and stretching starts at 9 a.m.; the run and walk begins after that. The Nike store will provide water, snacks and a workout journal, and hold a monthly raffle.
