PET OF THE WEEK
KELLY
Kelly was named after Helen Keller because she is blind. The 6-year-old Egyptian Mao moves around the house well and has no problem finding her litter box and food. Raylene adopted Kelly from the Humane Society when she was just a kitten, knowing she was born with a corneal birth defect. Unfortunately, she later lost both her eyes.
Two Himalayans, Meisha and Mimi, are still available for adoption. They have a combined veterinary bill of just over $900 from health exams that included blood panels and urinalysis, teeth cleaning and grooming to prepare them for adoption.
To help with Meisha and Mimi’s bills, please reference your check with nonprofit tax ID No. 33-0971560, and mail it to Community Animal Network, P.O. Box 8662, Newport Beach, CA 92658.
