The public is invited to visit the Shipley Nature Center, 17732 Golden West St., Huntington Beach, where trained docents will lead you on a tour of the grounds, provide renovation information and answer questions. The Reefers, a local Southern California surf band, will be playing at The Huntington Beach International Surfing Museum as part of its concert series, Surfin Sundays 10th Anniversary Celebration Season, from 1 to 3 p.m. Admission is free; donations for the museum are appreciated.
