Coach’s comments: “Bobby did an outstanding job blocking on offense against a team that has shut down the run all year long,” Jimmy Nolan said. “Estancia had big, strong and tough defensive linemen, but Bobby is a big guy, too. He showed them that he can dominate when he wants to. He led our offense on Friday night. Defensively, he knocked down a couple passes in his pass rush and had a huge interception where he batted the ball down, tipped it and kept his concentration enough to get the turnover. We scored right after (that) because of big Bob. I believe he is the guy who helped seal the deal against Estancia.”
