Everyone was crying. We all jumped on top of each other. Nobody expected that, for us to win a league title, even if we had to share it.”

Week in review: At the Santa Barbara Tournament of Champions, she helped the Tars to a fifth-place finish and was named to the all-tournament team. She led in kills in two league matches, winning both, including a win over Los Al that gave them a share of the Sunset League title. She had 12 kills in a victory over rival Corona del Mar.
