    YOGA CLASSES

    Carl Brown, a registered Yoga Alliance instructor, offers a free Vinyasa Flow-style community yoga program on Monday and Wednesday mornings at 9 a.m. at the tennis courts at Moulton Meadows, Balboa Avenue at Del Mar Ave. Students should bring their own mats; additional pads are available first-come, first-served.     LAUGHTER YOGA

    The Laguna Laughter Club meets Sunday through Friday at 7:30 a.m. and Saturday at 4:30 p.m. on the beach below the Heisler Park gazebo, 381 W. Cliff Dr. The free, half-hour sessions feature “laugh-for-no-reason” exercises, yoga-breathing techniques and easy stretches.

    The Hortense Miller garden covers 2 1/2 acres of the upper slopes of Boat Canyon and features a range of plants and small-themed gardens.
