OBITUARY

WILLIAM CARL FLYNN

Services are scheduled Monday to remember longtime Costa Mesa resident William Carl Flynn. He died Wednesday in Newport Beach at age 75.

He was born Jan. 4, 1931, in Kentucky, and he worked as a regional sales manager for an electrical company. He lived in Costa Mesa for 30 years.

He is survived by his wife, Joyce Jean Flynn; two sons, Bill Jr. and Jim; a daughter, Kathy Shaw; four sisters, Mary Masterson, Anna Lea Wyatt, Pat Muth and Doris Brownfield; two brothers, Jim and Ed Flynn; and six grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 9 to 10 a.m. and a service is scheduled at 10 a.m. Monday, at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church, 1441 W. Balboa Blvd., Newport Beach.
