    YOGA CLASSES

    Carl Brown, a registered Yoga Alliance instructor, offers a free Vinyasa Flow-style community yoga program on Monday and Wednesday mornings at 9 a.m. at the tennis courts at Moulton Meadows, Balboa Avenue at Del Mar Avenue.     LAUGHTER YOGA

    The Laguna Laughter Club meets Sunday through Friday at 7:30 a.m. and Saturday at 4:30 p.m. on the beach below the Heisler Park gazebo, 381 W. Cliff Drive. The free, half-hour sessions feature “laugh-for-no-reason” exercises, yoga breathing techniques and easy stretches.

    HORTENSE MILLER GARDEN

    The Hortense Miller garden covers 2- 1/2 acres of the upper slopes of Boat Canyon and features a range of plants and small-themed gardens.     SENIOR FITNESS

    Get fit with South Coast Seniors on Mondays from 12:30 -1:30 p.m. The first six classes are free, then $5 per class at South Coast Medical Center. Participants must be 50 and over. Exercises are safe, easy-to-follow strength, flexibility and aerobic routines. Information: (949) 499-7114.
