Costa Mesa resident Ashley Moorhouse, a 2002 graduate of Corona del Mar High school, made the dean’s list for the 2006 fall semester in her senior year at San Diego State University.

Costa Mesa resident Anne Feldman was recently named 2006 volunteer of the year by Women Helping Women, a nonprofit group that helps Orange County women become self-reliant after facing difficult emotional and financial situations.

Feldman is a retired pediatric nurse, has been involved with Women Helping Women since 2002, and also volunteers for the American Red Cross and Operation Independence.

Newport Beach residents Kevin McNeil and Jeffrey Von Stein, are the newest brokers to join the Orange County office of Studley, an international commercial real estate firm.

McNeil was named associate director, and will handle the firm’s investment sales practice in Orange County. Von Stein was named associate director, and will handle commercial real estate needs for tenants throughout Orange County.
