Before Thursday night’s volleyball match between Sage Hill and Orangewood, I decided to focus on the back-line passers for that extra shot we needed for the paper.

On this play, the ball fell into no-man’s land, and I began to shoot when the team started yelling “you, you, you,” knowing that something was about to happen. I used motor drive, or rapid fire, through the whole sequence and nailed it on the second frame. In sports, shooting the whole play on motor drive is essential to capturing the best moment of the play, not just the play itself.
