The following is from the daily log of the Laguna Beach Police Department from Wednesday, May 16, through Tuesday, May 22.

TUESDAY

La Mirada Street: At 4:06 a.m., a Laguna Beach resident was arrested on suspicion of drug possession after a call for medical assistance in the 1000 block.

Ann’s Lane: At 1:27 p.m., diamond jewelry was reported stolen from a residence a month ago in the 21000 block.

Broadway: At 9:10 p.m., two Laguna Beach men and a Laguna Hills woman were arrested on suspicion of drug possession in the 200 block.

MONDAY

Laguna Canyon Road: At 11:15 p.m., a dead deer was reported at Phillips Lane.

So. Coast Highway: At 10:56 a.m., a juvenile girl from Northern California was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting from a market in the 700 block.

Alta Vista Way: At 10:07 a.m., a window was reported broken at a residence in the 500 block.

SUNDAY

So. Coast Highway: At 2:23 p.m., a dress and two necklaces, valued at more than $400, were reported stolen from a location on the 1200 block.

Bluebird Canyon Drive: At 3:11 a.m., a Colorado man was arrested on suspicion of DUI at Glenneyre Street.

Laguna Canyon Road: At 1:18 a.m., two people were reported injured in a traffic collision at the 73 Toll Road.

SATURDAY

So. Coast Highway: At 11:43 p.m., a woman was taken to South Coast Medical Center after reportedly being on the ground and throwing up in the 600 block.

Coast Highway: At 9:45 p.m., a Laguna Niguel man was arrested on suspicion of DUI at Aliso Creek.

Coast Highway: At 9:47 p.m., a bobcat was reported to have attacked pet animals in the 30800 block.

Louise Street: At 11:47 a.m., a residence was reported burglarized in the 1600 block.

Victoria Beach: At 10:17 a.m., a sick sea lion was reported in the 2700 block.

So. Coast Highway: At 10:39 a.m., a juvenile was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting while performing community service at a market in the 700 block.

Louise Street: At 8:50 a.m., a backpack was reportedly taken and a car ransacked in the 1600 block.

Louise Street: At 12:45 a.m., a resident reported an encounter with two men, apparent burglars who fled, inside a home in the 1600 block.

FRIDAY

So. Coast Highway: At 11:13 p.m., a rape was reported at a nightclub in the 600 block.

Chillon Way: At 7:48 p.m., a purse was reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 2800 block.

Chillon Way: At 7:59 p.m., cash was reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 2800 block.

So. La Senda Drive: At 7:25 p.m., $2,300 was reported stolen by fraud from a bank account owned by a resident in the 00 block.

Coast Highway: At 11:20 a.m., a grand theft was reported at a hotel in the 30800 block.

So. Coast Highway: At 8:39 a.m., a frozen dinner was reported stolen from a market in the 700 block.

Beverly Street: At 1:45 a.m., a San Juan Capistrano man was arrested on suspicion of DUI at No. Coast Highway.

THURSDAY

Hilledge Drive: At 9:59 p.m., a Laguna Beach man was arrested on an assault charge after someone alleged he was trying to pick a fight in the 400 block.

Forest Avenue: At 1:46 p.m., two women were suspected of stealing a $38 tank top from a shop in the 200 block.

Ocean Avenue: At 11:21 a.m., a purse was reported stolen the previous Saturday from a location in the 200 block.

WEDNESDAY

Nyes Place: At 11:59 p.m., a Laguna Beach resident was arrested on suspicion of DUI following a traffic accident in the 700 block.

Wilson Street: At 6:31 p.m., a passport and $2,500 in bonds were reported stolen from a location in the 900 block.

Bluebird Canyon Drive: At 5:17 p.m., an injured skateboarder was given medical aid in the 900 block.

Third Street: At 5:46 p.m., a man was arrested after a fight at Mermaid Street.

Nestall Road: At 4:02 p.m., a rattlesnake was taken in to custody in the 3000 block.

El Toro Road: At 3:26 p.m., a mother duck and ducklings were reported in traffic in the 24000 block.

Pearl Street: At 1:41 p.m., a woman alleged that her ex-husband’s former employee said that he had been hired by her ex-husband to kill her, but the ex-husband said the former employee was trying to extort from him, in the 200 block.

Laguna Canyon Road: At 9:25 a.m., a worker reported that all the trucks had been broken into overnight at a job site in the 1900 block.

Coast Highway: At 8:14 a.m., copper tubing and machinery were reported stolen from a truck in the 32000 block.

Pearl Street beach: At 6:55 a.m., a man was reported vomiting and unresponsive due to alcohol and given medical aid in the 1800 block.

Coast Highway: At 4:22 a.m., a mailbox was reported pushed over into the bike lane by 3 to 4 people in the 31000 block.
