Commission to hold its regular meeting Thursday

The Newport Beach Planning Commission will hold a regular meeting Thursday at 6:30 p.m. at the Council Chambers, where a hearing item and two discussion items will be addressed.

The hearing item regards the restaurant 3 Thirty 3 Waterfront and its application for a 636-square-foot outdoor dining area in conjunction with the existing full-service restaurant.

Also on the agenda is the discussion item of reviewing the Preliminary Capital Improvement Program and its consistencies with other planning policies.

The second discussion item will be an update on compliance of Albertson’s Market with use permit conditions of approval.
