Huntington Beach resident Victoria Lee, who plays the oboe and is a senior at Orange County High School of the Arts, was one of two “outstanding students” who received a $1,000 scholarship from the Orange County Musicians’ Assn. during a recent ceremony on the school’s campus.

Lee will study at the Manhattan School of Music in New York next fall.
