    JULY 4

    Enjoy Surf City’s Run, Expo & Parade. The Surf City Run kicks-off day-long activities for the city’s Fourth of July annual celebration at Worthy Park located at 17th and Main streets.

    The 5K starts at 7 a.m. with the residents’ run and finishes with the kids’ run.

    The Fitness Expo, hosted by Mountain High Yoghurt, will feature music, food, games and the latest in health and fitness.

    The race course for all races will start and finish at Huntington Beach High School Entry fee is $30, and includes T-shirt and expo.

    Once the sun sets, enjoy the fireworks show from Huntington Beach over the Pacific Ocean at 8 p.m.
