Aquatic fun park opens today at the Dunes

Icebergs have popped up in the Back Bay, a signal that summer is upon us.

Today, the Newport Dunes Waterfront Resort opened its aquatic fun park, Moe B’s Watersports, for the season. Attractions include two large “icebergs” for climbing, a water teeter-totter and a giant trampoline.

Activities for younger children are also available at the new Baby Water Playground and at the resort’s Mother’s Beach, a stretch of waveless waters.

The Dunes offers several water activities throughout the summer and equips the beach with several full-time, certified lifeguards.
