FOUTAIN VALLEY — Another week, another victory.

That’s been the case for the Newport Hills Swim Team, which remained in first place in the South Coast Swim Conference with a 724-500 win over the Greenbrook Gators on Saturday at the Gators’ pool in Fountain Valley.

Similar to weeks past, the NHST Killer Whales had a several great individual performances and one record-breaking feat.

The Killer Whales’ Mary Flynn broke her own team record in the girls’ 15-18 age division 100-yard individual medley, with a time of 1 minute, 4.62 seconds. In addition to winning the 100 IM, she also won the 50 breaststroke and 50 butterfly.
