The city-sponsored Fourth of July fireworks show will begin about 9 p.m. from Monument Point at Heisler Park, which will be closed all day. The area from Myrtle Street to Rockpile will close about 5 p.m. City trolleys will run from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. NOTE: Fireworks are prohibited in the city.

THURSDAYART WALKFirst Thursday’s Art Walk is from 6 to 9 p.m. This month’s event will have a special unveiling of new public art pieces at the Act V parking lot on Laguna Canyon Road.
