Jaguars shut down Conspiracy, 4-0

The Jaguars went the shutout route to chalk up a victory in the win column Friday as they blanked Conspiracy, 4-0, in Adams Division action at Coast 2 Coast Inline Hockey Center in Huntington Beach.

Offensively, they posted two goals in each of the first two periods. Kameron Christi scored three of those goals and Kai Yokoyama scored the other.

Christi, Yokoyama and Brandon Washiashi all had assists.

Kings 4, Maple Leafs 3

The Kings recorded the win by overcoming a 3-1 first-period deficit.

Two goals by Luke Benavente and one by Will Miller in the opening period led to an early lead for the Kings, who went on top 3-1 following the Kings’ Blake Leigh’s goal.

The Kings tied the score in the second period when Vito Valenzano scored twice and Valenzano capped the comeback by scoring the winning goal at the 12:02 mark of the third period.

Joseph Loya had 15 saves for the Kings and Maverick Knight 11 for the Maple Leafs.

Team Crosby 11, Ducks 3

Team Crosby outscored the Ducks, 8-1, over the final two periods to pull away to a runaway victory.

Slater Miller scored five goals and had one assist, Connor McMahan scored three goals and Christina Kao, Geoffrey Campbell and Justin Kao each scored once.

Lily Humphrey finished with nine saves.

Ryan Osborne scored all three of the Ducks’ goals and Jackson Wozniak had 20 saves.
