Reverend Phillips served for 38 years as a Unitarian Universalist parish minister, including 28 years in St. Paul, Minnesota. In retirement, he teaches, preaches and lectures on reinventing ministry and congregational life, and on issues related to liberal religion as a unique and powerful spiritual path.
