Four local authors to appear for Barnes & Noble signing

Barnes & Noble Metro Pointe will host four local authors for a book signing tonight.

Robyn Busfield will sign copies of her new self improvement book, “It’s Time to Get Selfish,” Stephen Winters brings his teen-directed “Open Mouth, Insert Foot” and Richard Abanes will share his latest piece of political fiction, “Homeland Insecurity.”

Stacia Deutsch of Irvine will introduce her award-winning children’s series, Blast to the Past, which includes “Betsy Ross’s Star” and “King’s Courage.” The ninth book in the series is due out in October.

The book signing begins at 7 p.m. and the bookstore is at 901 B South Coast Drive, Costa Mesa.
