Halloween display opens Friday at Roger’s Gardens

Roger’s Gardens has a treat (or trick) in store for avid home decorators and other visitors with the opening of its annual Halloween display Friday.

Featuring décor reminiscent of the early 1900s, this year’s theme is “Mystical Halloween Carnivale” and creative director Eric Cortina and collectibles buyer Christine Guin have planned and created an “otherworldly atmosphere.”

In addition to visiting the fortune-telling tent and the haunted sideshow, guests can peruse a large collection of holiday items such as pumpkin dolls, elaborate spider webs and life-sized skeletons.
