Dateline NBC’s Keith Morrison followed a group of Israeli and Palestinian children through their days at a summer peace and leadership camp in 1993 to show how the camp affected their lives up to 2002.

On Thursday at UCI, Morrison will talk about his experiences.

Morrison is the first lecturer of UCI’s 2007-08 Democracy’s Dialogue on Democracy and Islam series.

Morrison followed Israeli and Palestinian children to the Seeds of Peace camp in Maine, where 46 children met to learn judgments free of prejudice, fear and mistrust.
