School group plans bake sale for trip

The Logos High School Group of Laguna Presbyterian Church will host a bake sale next to Fellowship Hall after the 8:30 a.m. service Sunday. The service is in Fellowship Hall while the church is being retrofitted for seismic safety, the basement is waterproofed and the building is re-roofed.

Fellowship Hall is beside the church on Second Avenue between Forest and Second avenues.

Proceeds from the sale go toward the group’s upcoming mission trip to Molokai, Hawaii, during spring break. As they have for the past several years, the students will help build, paint and restore Molokai churches, schools and homes in low income communities and share Bible study and fellowship each evening.
