The Orange Coast College women’s basketball team has a chance to exact revenge and take a step closer to winning the Orange Empire Conference title tonight at 5:30 when the Pirates play host to Fullerton.

The Hornets (16-12, 6-3 in conference) are the only team to beat OCC (24-3, 8-1), ranked No. 3 in Southern California and No. 5 in the state, in OEC play.

Fullerton, No. 10 in SoCal and No. 19 in the state, upset the Pirates, 68-56, at Fullerton Jan. 16.

Sophomore guard Katie Kissee is second for the Pirates with 11.4 points per game, while sophomore point guard Rachael Maulit averages 7.1 assists and 3.7 steals per game to lead OCC.
