Raymond Lloyd Irving

RAYMOND LLOYD IRVING

passed away peacefully at his home in Palm

Desert on Sunday, February 10, 2008 after a

long and diffi cult illness. His family was by

his side. He is survived by his loving wife,

Marilyn, daughter Leslie, son Michael, and

daughter Lisa and son-in-law Archie and their

children Marilyn and Lloyd, who will miss

their grandpa.

Lloyd was born in Nova Scotia, Canada, April

17, 1938, and moved to Costa Mesa in 1959

after he and Marilyn were married. Until

retirement in 2005 they were proud owners of

Model Glass and Mirror on Superior Avenue

in Costa Mesa.

Lloyd loved Costa Mesa and enjoyed the many

friends and business associated he and Marilyn

developed in the community. We will all miss

him.

A memorial service will be conducted at Harbor

Lawn Chapel, 1625 Gisler Avenue, Costa Mesa,

on Friday, February 15th at 3:00pm. A

celebration of his life will follow at Zubie’s

“Chicken Coop” restaurant, 414 Old Newport

Blvd. In lieu of fl owers, the family suggests
