TUESDAY

Ruby Street: A bee service was called to handle a swarm of bees at 9:47 a.m. in the 400 block.

MONDAY

Cress Street: A sculpture was reported damaged, possibly with a hammer, at 10:44 a.m. in the 700 block of Bluebird Park.

Ruby Street: Bees were reported swarming at 12:08 p.m. in the 300 block.

Scenic Drive: $671.98 was reported stolen from a bank account at 10:20 a.m. in the 31000 block.

South Coast Highway: A bronze sculpture was reported damaged at 10:46 a.m. in an evident attempt to remove it from the site at Browns Park in the 500 block.

Temple Hills Drive: Sunglasses, shoes and a charger were reported stolen at 12:59 p.m. from a vehicle in the 1600 block.

Temple Terrace: $450 was reported stolen from a safe at 9:45 a.m. at a church in the 1000 block.

Victoria Drive: A garage door was reported broken in at 11:18 a.m. in the 2700 block.

SUNDAY

South Coast Highway: An Irvine man was arrested on suspicion of DUI at 8:39 p.m. after his truck hit a vehicle at Thalia Street.

SATURDAY

Coast Highway: A female pedestrian was reported bleeding from her head and leg after being struck by a vehicle at 11:56 p.m. at Vista del Sol.

Irvine Cove Beach: Police determined that 20 young people who were reported to be possibly using drugs were actually drinking water and making s’mores at 9:07 p.m. at the beach.

Main Beach: Police investigated a man who shaved half his head in a beach restroom and determined the man was not mentally ill.

Monterey Street: A juvenile was issued a citation for drug possession at 2:31 p.m. after police were called to a report that a group was shooting off fireworks at Village Green Park in the 31000 block.

Moss Street: A Reno man was issued a citation for drug possession at 8:24 a.m. in the 100 block.

Temple Hills Drive: A house was reported broken into at 5:30 p.m. in the 500 block.

FRIDAY

Broadway: A purse with $100 and credit cards was reported stolen from a vehicle at 2:43 p.m. in a parking lot in the 200 block.

Coast Highway: A vehicle window was reported smashed at 1:53 p.m. in an underground parking lot in the 3000 block.

Dumond Drive: A GPS and credit cards were reported stolen from a vehicle at 1:04 p.m. after the window was smashed in the 100 block.

Park Avenue: An elderly man was found dead in his car at 6:01 p.m. in the 400 block.

South Coast Highway: A $4,200 sculpture was reported stolen the day before at 1:39 p.m. from a gallery in the 400 block.

THURSDAY

Laguna Canyon Road: A baby bear was suspected of making footprints on a deck at 8:14 a.m. in the 2500 block.

Mermaid Street: Homeless people were reported singing at 1:34 a.m. behind a church at 3rd Street.

Ocean Avenue: A 6-year-old girl reportedly cut off the tip of her finger at 4:23 p.m. in the 300 block.

WEDNESDAY

Coast Highway: A traffic sign was knocked down at 10:21 a.m. by a vehicle that didn’t stop at 3rd Avenue.

San Nicholas Court: A Laguna Beach woman was arrested on suspicion of assault after allegedly spraying a woman with a hose at 9:30 p.m. in the 300 block.
