Luxury complex invites buyers to customize homes

The developer of Pacifica, a luxury housing complex set to open this year in Westside Costa Mesa, has invited prospective tenants to work with designers to customize their units before the grand opening.

The complex at Newport Boulevard and West 19th Street will offer 145 town homes and flats along with a spa, a fitness center, poolside cabanas and more.

Jay Rutter, the president of Rutter Development, said designers are eager to work with tenants to plan traditional or contemporary kitchens, tile selection, paint colors and flooring materials.

“When home buyers move into their home at Pacifica, they will feel an incomparable satisfaction knowing that every element of their home is exactly how they imagined,” Rutter said in a release. “Knowing that your home is one-of-a-kind adds to the luxury of living in Pacifica. The chance to customize your dream home won’t last long, so now is the time to take advantage of this great opportunity.”
