Steven B. Cole

Steven B. Cole a long-term resident of HB, CA passed suddenly January 5, 2008 in the arms of angels at his home in La Paz, Mexico.

He was born in Salina, KS November 11, 1951 and a graduate of Texas Tech University, Lubbock, TX. Prior to retirement his professional work included marketing, sales and executive positions in healthcare. One major professional accomplishment included his production of large scale national meetings. His personal accomplishments included inventions, remodeling, space, interior and fabric design, world travel and giving to all with a heart bigger than life, great sense of humor and willingness to confront any obstacle.

Surviving family include his domestic partner of 28 years, two daughters, brother, aunt, cousins, nieces, granddaughter and family in Canada and the Netherlands.

A memorial service was held in HB January 13th and in Cedarvale, KS March 15. Donations in his memory may be made to the Human Rights Campaign, the Center Orange County and the American Heart Association. A tree will be planted in his honor by his supportive community of neighbors and friends in HB. As he continues his journey we release his spirit to flow freely with peace.
