Police seek help in finding kidnapping victim

Huntington Beach police are looking for help finding the victim of a reported kidnapping.

At 12:50 p.m. Thursday, victim Tanya Marie Silva, 31, Huntington Beach, was assaulted and forced into a 2007 or 2008 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck in the 16700 block of Algonquin Street, police said. Silva is described as 5-foot-3, 102 pounds, with blond hair and brown eyes.

Police named Silva’s ex-boyfriend Albert George Muesse Jr., 37, Cypress, as a suspect. He is described as about 6-foot-2-inches in height, 235 pounds, with brown hair and eyes.
