COSTA MESA — Senior No. 1 singles player Hana Jurcovicova swept her sets for the No. 4-ranked Lions in a nonconference match Thursday.

Senior Jelena Jovic teamed up with sophomore Betyel Tesfa to win No. 2 doubles for Vanguard (11-2).
