HUNTINGTON BEACH — Kyle Caldwell had 32 assists, 12 kills, eight aces and two blocks to keep the Sailors undefeated in the Sunset League with a 25-11, 21-25, 25-16, 25-17 victory Tuesday.

JB Green had nine kills and two aces, while Tucker Peleuses (six kills and two blocks), Mark Liebermann (eight kills) and Cody Caldwell (five kills) also contributed to the win for Harbor (17-3, 5-0 in league), ranked No. 1 in CIF Southern Section Division I.

SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO — Joey Booth had 15 kills, one block and one ace for the Lightning, who won the battle of Academy League unbeatens, 25-14, 27-25, 25-14, Tuesday.

Bayle Smith had 11 kills, one block and one ace, while Harlan Webster (seven kills) and Michael Bear (41 assists and 11 digs) also contributed to the win for Sage (12-10, 4-0 in league), ranked No. 4 in CIF Division V, over the Tartans (11-2, 4-1), ranked No. 3 in Division V.

NEWPORT BEACH — The Sailors’ Chase Behr shot even-par 36 to earn co-medalist honors and Ericson Klein’s 43 was five strokes better than the sixth man’s score for the Aztecs in the Sunset League match at Big Canyon Country Club Tuesday.

Travis Russell, Mychael Clark and Steve Stoneman each shot 39 and Jamie Wall (42) also contributed to the win for Harbor (11-4, 5-1 in league).

NEWPORT BEACH — Juniors Jeff Jones and Camden Nicholson each shot two-over-par 37 in a Pacific Coast League match at Newport Beach Country Club Tuesday.

Michael Yiu of Laguna Hills was the medalist at 34.
