Passengers flying out of John Wayne Airport today might experience a slight delay, according to a Transportation Security Administration spokesman.

At 3 p.m., hundreds of security personnel from the airport will take a five-minute break from checking baggage and patrolling to swear an oath of allegiance. Rep. Dana Rohrabacher is expected to be there to congratulate the workers.

Airport spokeswoman Jenny Wedge said there will be no major delays, and measures will be taken to ensure passenger and airport security during the ceremony. The ceremony will take place outside the checkpoint in Terminal A.
